Ordering & delivery

How long does delivery take in Pakistan?
Orders placed before 2pm are delivered the same day in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Sialkot and Gujranwala take 2 to 3 working days, and other cities 3 to 5 working days. Large appliances take 2 to 4 working days in major cities.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across Pakistan on orders up to Rs. 100,000. You can inspect the packaging before paying the rider, and if anything is damaged or wrong you hand it straight back and pay nothing.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 3,000. Below that it is a flat Rs. 199 regardless of how many items you order or how heavy they are.
Can I return something if I do not like it?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to return most items, and we collect from your address free of charge. Fresh food, opened grocery, opened cosmetics and opened baby formula cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged.
Are your products original?
Every product is bought from the brand's authorised distributor in Pakistan, never the grey market. Phones are PTA approved with official warranty, cosmetics ship with a verifiable batch code, and anything you suspect is not genuine can be returned for a full refund.
How do I track my order?
You get an SMS when the order is confirmed and another when it is dispatched, with the rider's contact number. You can also enter your order number on the Track Order page at any time.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Checkout works without an account - you only need a name, mobile number and delivery address. An account is optional and just saves your addresses and order history for next time.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, on electronics and appliances above Rs. 25,000. Installment plans of 3, 6 and 12 months are available on credit cards from major Pakistani banks, selectable at the payment step.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Credit / Debit Card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer. Card payments run over a 3D Secure connection and we never store your card number.
Do you deliver outside major cities?
We deliver nationwide, including Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Sukkur and smaller towns served by our courier partners. Enter your address at checkout and the delivery estimate updates for your city.

Do you deliver monthly grocery packages in Karachi?
Yes. Add your full month of rashan to the cart and pick a delivery slot at checkout. Orders above Rs. 3,000 ship free across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Are grocery prices the same as in-store?
Online prices match our shelf prices, and online-only bundle deals are usually cheaper. Every item shows its retail price struck through so the saving is visible before you add it.

Are the mobile phones PTA approved?
Every handset we list is PTA approved and comes with an official Pakistan warranty. The approval status and warranty length are printed in the specification table on each product page.

Can I pay for electronics in installments?
Yes - 3, 6 and 12 month installment plans are available on major Pakistani bank credit cards at checkout, plus cash on delivery up to Rs. 100,000.

Is installation included with air conditioners?
Standard installation is included on all inverter AC orders inside Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Piping beyond 10 feet and civil work are charged separately by the service team.

How long does large appliance delivery take?
Two to four working days inside major cities and four to seven days elsewhere in Pakistan. You get an SMS with the delivery window and the rider contact number.

How do I know the cosmetics are original?
We buy only from brand-authorised distributors in Pakistan, never the grey market. Every beauty order ships with a batch code you can verify with the brand, and anything you doubt is returnable within 7 days.

Do you stock imported baby formula?
Yes, we carry imported and locally manufactured formula from authorised distributors with clear expiry dating printed on every tin we ship.
