By placing an order you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to hide anything - if something here is unclear, ask us before ordering.

Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch by SMS. Until then we may cancel and refund in full - for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, or a price was listed in obvious error.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices can change without notice, but the price you saw when you placed the order is the price you pay. Retail prices shown struck through are the manufacturer's or our own regular price.
Cancellation
- You may cancel free of charge any time before dispatch - call us or reply to the confirmation SMS
- After dispatch, refuse delivery or use the returns process instead
- We may cancel and refund an order if the address is undeliverable, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud
Product information
We take care to describe products accurately, but packaging, formulation and manufacturer specifications change. Where a difference matters - a warranty length, a capacity, an ingredient - the manufacturer's current information takes precedence, and the item is returnable if it is not what was described.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer in Pakistan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
