What we collect

• Contact and delivery details: name, mobile number, email and address
• Order history and payment method - never your full card number, which stays with the payment processor
• Device and usage data: pages viewed, approximate location from IP, and cookie identifiers
• Anything you send us in a support conversation on phone, email or WhatsApp

How we use it

• To pack, deliver and support your orders - the primary reason we ask for anything
• To send order status updates by SMS, which you cannot opt out of while an order is active
• To send marketing messages, only if you opted in - and you can leave any time
• To detect fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal and tax obligations
• To improve the site in aggregate, using analytics that do not identify you individually

Who we share it with

Delivery riders and courier partners receive your name, address and phone number - only what is needed to complete the delivery. Payment processors receive what they need to take payment. Analytics and email providers process data on our instructions under contract.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own use.

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you by emailing support@chaseandcart.com
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your account and data, subject to records we must keep for tax and warranty purposes
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time - every message carries an unsubscribe option

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart between visits, remember your city for delivery estimates, and measure which pages perform. You can clear or block them in your browser; the cart and checkout will simply forget you between sessions.

Retention

Order records are kept for five years to meet tax and warranty requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate for 26 months.
