Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders over Rs. 3,000
• Flat Rs. 199 on orders below that, regardless of weight or item count
• Free delivery and standard installation on air conditioners in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi
• No fuel surcharge, no packaging fee, no handling charge

Delivery times

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: same day for orders placed before 2pm, next day after that
• Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala: 2 to 3 working days
• Quetta, Sukkur and other cities: 3 to 5 working days
• Large appliances: 2 to 4 working days in major cities, 4 to 7 elsewhere

How delivery works

You get an SMS when the order is confirmed and a second one when it is dispatched, with the rider's contact number. The rider calls before arriving.

For cash on delivery, you may open and inspect the packaging before paying. If something is damaged, wrong or missing, hand it straight back to the rider and pay nothing.

If nobody is available, we attempt delivery twice more on the following days. After a third failed attempt the order is returned to our warehouse and refunded in full.

Delivery slots

For grocery orders in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad you can pick a two-hour slot at checkout: 10am-12pm, 12-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm or 6-8pm. Frozen and chilled items are packed with ice sheets and always dispatched in the earliest available slot.
