Payment Methods

Cash on delivery

Available across Pakistan on orders up to Rs. 100,000. Pay the rider when the order arrives, after you have inspected the packaging. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible - riders carry limited change.

Card payments

Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks are accepted, processed over a 3D Secure connection. We never see or store your full card number.

Installment plans of 3, 6 and 12 months are available on credit cards from major Pakistani banks for electronics and appliances above Rs. 25,000. Choose the plan at the payment step.

Mobile wallets

• JazzCash - pay from your wallet balance or linked account
• Easypaisa - wallet balance, or over the counter at any Easypaisa shop
• Both confirm instantly, so the order enters packing straight away

Bank transfer

For large orders you can transfer directly to our account. We share the details at checkout; send the receipt on WhatsApp and the order is released as soon as the transfer clears, usually within a few hours on a working day.

Security

The whole site runs over HTTPS. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers. We will never call to ask for your card PIN, CVV or an OTP - if someone does, it is not us.
