Will a motion sensor holder work with my existing bulb?
Yes, if the bulb has a standard E27 screw base - which covers almost every LED, energy saver, filament and halogen bulb sold in Pakistan. The holder screws into your existing socket and the bulb screws into it, so nothing needs rewiring. Check the wattage limit on the product page before fitting a very bright bulb.
Do sensor lights work during load shedding?
They run on mains power, so they behave exactly like the bulb already in that socket - on UPS or an inverter supply they keep working, and on raw mains they do not. They do save power when the electricity is on, because the light is only lit while someone is actually in the room.
